We accept VISA, MasterCard, MIR cards, as well as the payment system Apple Pay.

In case of international delivery the price of a Product in the Online store is specified in US dollars and is approximate. The final cost of the Goods is indicated in the currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (tenge). If the buyer pays for the order with a bank card of another country, the cost of the Product is calculated at the rate set by the issuing bank on the date of payment.
Your personal information is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our server.
Internet payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard and payment system MIR on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, which uses the most modern methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission over closed communication channels. The security of processing Internet payments is guaranteed by Woopkassa LLP.
On the page for entering bank card data you need to enter: card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard, Additional Identification Code for MIR). All the necessary data is printed on the card itself.
The processing center protects and processes bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transferred to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further information is transmitted through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3-D Secure protocol is used.
Denial Cases:
*the bank card is not designed to make payments over the Internet. You can find out about this by contacting your bank;
*insufficient funds on the bank card. You can get more information on availability of funds by contacting your bank;
*the card data were entered incorrectly;
*the validity period of the bank card is expired. The expiry date of the card is usually found on the front side of the card. You can find out more about the card expiration date by contacting your bank.
Shipping
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically on the checkout page based on the shipping address, selected shipping method and weight of the order. If you change the contents of your order before you pay for it, the cost of delivery is recalculated automatically.
If not specified on the product page, the term of processing and transfer of the order for delivery is up to 3 (three) business days. Increased processing time on holidays and non-business days is possible.
If an order contains products in the status of "Pre-Order", such an order will be shipped after the arrival of all orders in the warehouse, which are in the status of "Pre-Order".
Delivery time depends on the recipient region and the chosen tariff/shipping service. The information on the checkout page is averaged for the given tariff and is provided by the shipping services. The time indicated does not take into account the time the order is processed in stock or the day the order is delivered to the shipping service.
Information on the status of your order can be found in a Personal account, in letters that come when you change the status of your order, as well as on the website delivery service, after the assignment of an order shipping number.
All wishes regarding delivery can be specified in the comments to the order during the ordering process.
Prices in the Online Store are specified in the currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan per unit of a Product.

The cost of the goods purchased by the Buyers from the countries of near and far abroad and their shipping does not include duties and taxes. If a Product is delivered internationally, the Buyer shall be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes/VAT as determined by the local customs authorities. In case of return of a Product purchased by the Buyer from a country near or far abroad, the refund shall be made in the same amount as the payment for the Product was made to the Seller's current account. The Seller is not responsible for the difference in the amount of payment and return of the Product due to the adjustment of the exchange rate.
